We want to anticipate any concerns and prevent any issues that may come up as you browse through our collections. That’s why we provide comprehensive answers to some of our most frequently asked questions. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final.

WHAT TECHNIQUES DO YOU USE TO CAPTURE AND PRINT ART?

All printed artworks are done through Island Blue Print, specifically their art Digital Image Capture and printing.

Please visit Island Blue Print and we will get back to you with a quote.

CAN I PURCHASE A PRINT OF A SOLD ITEM?

We are trying to scan artworks prior to sale to offer prints for purchase.

Please note, if the art has been sold and PRINTS is greyed out, its is unavailable for further purchase.  If it is found under PRINTS, or it is selectable in the SOLD area you are in luck!  Feel free to send us an e-mail, and we will always see what we can do.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

ZutzArt does ship all items available for purchase internationally.  We are working with FedEx to ship worldwide. 

SHIPPING POLICY

You will be asked your name and address.

ZutzArt will be shipping to North America via FedEx shortly. 

Shipping charges will be approximately $40-50. 

Original artwork and prints will be shipped in mailing tubes, with crafts, gift ware, framed, shadow boxed and wooden artwork being boxed appropriately for shipping and handling.

We believe in fairness and transparency in shipping charges, and please contact us with any questions.

OUR PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information is never shared.

ZutzArt has a high regard for the respect of its' customers.

We will never sell ANY information.

If someone wishes to contact a customer, (which happens from time to time) an e-mail will be sent to the customer from ZutzArt with the request.  Contact information will ONLY be forwarded at the request of the ZutzArt customer/client.

PERIOD.

NOPE.

We will only send you e-mails or texts if you sign up for them, and those will be sparingly sent.  We understand in todays world how our inboxes get filled up.  I used to hate the slips of subscription cards that fell out of magazines and junk mail sent to our mailboxes (I'm talking snail mail), so to alleviate the hundreds of inbox e-mails that we don't need and will not look at... we will not do that to you.
